The electric heating jacketed kettle mainly consists of the kettle body, frame, mixing system, heating system, speed regulation transmission device, mixing shaft, and kettle tilting system. Jacketed kettles are categorized into manual and fully automatic types. Based on the heating method, they are divided into: steam type, gas type, gas heat conduction oil, and electric heating heat conduction oil.

The kettle body features a double-layer structure formed by inner and outer spherical kettle bodies, with steam heated in the middle jacket. The stirrer scrapes and mixes the sides, driven mechanically. The discharge method is through a bottom outlet. On the other hand, the jacketed kettle is a widely used and well-established food machinery.

Jacketed kettles are widely used in the production and processing of various foods, and can also be used for soups, meats, porridges, etc., in large and medium-sized hotels or restaurants. It is an excellent mechanical equipment that ensures food industry quality, reduces time, and improves the working environment.

Jacketed kettles can be used for boiling water, stir-frying, cooking congee, making porridge, preparing soup, cooking rice, melting sugar, dissolving glue, heating oil, boiling noodles, stir-frying fillings (such as red bean paste, lotus seed paste, mung bean paste, etc.), boiling dried bamboo shoots, cooking marinated products (such as dried tofu, meat products, edamame, etc.), preparing marinated items (such as chicken feet, chicken wings, marinated eggs, duck feet, duck necks, pig ears, etc.), and in the soy sauce and other food industries.

Precautions for using jacketed kettles:

1. Before using the jacketed kettle, always check if the power supply has any leakage and if it is properly connected. To prevent electric shock, keep hands dry during operation; never touch the power supply with wet hands.

2. When using steam pressure, do not exceed the rated working pressure for extended periods;

4. After heating the material to the required temperature with the electric heating jacketed kettle, discharge the material from the bottom of the kettle.

3. When using gas heating, regularly check the sealing of each connection;

4. When using electric heating, frequently monitor the temperature changes of the heat conduction oil. The heat conduction oil must not exceed 150°C, and the temperature should not exceed 200 degrees;
